Saturday Morning Drawing | Parts of Us - Drawing human features
10:00am - 12:30pm | Saturday 26 July - 6 Sept
Held at 42 Magill Rd, Norwood SA 5067
Suitable for beginners - intermediate artists | ages 16 +
Unlock the expressive power of the human face through drawing ✍️
In this focused workshop, we’ll explore how to break down and draw individual features—eyes, noses, mouths, ears, and hands—with confidence and character. You'll learn practical techniques for proportion, structure, and expression while developing your own observational style.
Whether you're building your portrait skills or just love studying the details that make us human, this course offers a supportive space to draw, experiment, and grow.
All you need is an A3 or A4 sketchbook,* 2B + HB graphite pencils and hard + kneadable erasers and a willingness to look closely.
*I recommend Derwent, Canson or Talens sketchbooks. Avoid Mont Marte paper as it often falls apart when you use an eraser 😕
This course is designed for adult participants | minimum age 16
Please ensure that you have read and understand the student Code of Conduct and the Terms & Conditions.
